Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew / Katko MCLTEA0008503110 / KKVM 332CC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Miyachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD093AN060N2L110GB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKD071B061GG0KN manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM131B by Manufacturer Miyachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand MCTI39D1BV1001AMCAA21J1BP9005A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metasys such as MSNAE55110 equipment made by Metasys have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P315XM232 by American-Precision and MSNAE55110 spares by Metasys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MX4106 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automated-Logic.
